Make an appointment
Book a workshop intake for a VanMoof diagnosis or repair. During the appointment we inspect the bike, discuss the symptoms, and explain the practical next steps.
This helps us understand the issue properly before any repair work is started.
Before you book
Information shared remotely can be very useful, especially photos, error codes, and a clear description of what happened.
It is still not a final diagnosis. Some issues can only be confirmed after checking the bike in the workshop.
Bring with you
- Your VanMoof bike.
- The battery charger, if charging or power is part of the issue.
- Your frame number or account details, if available.
- Any error codes, photos, or notes that help explain the problem.
Do not bring unnecessary accessories
- Remove bags, child seats, phone holders, and other accessories that are not related to the issue.
- Avoid bringing loose parts unless they are directly connected to the problem.
- Please make sure the bike is reasonably clean enough to inspect and handle safely.
Workshop access
You can come by car up to the workshop door, but access is through a narrow shared alley.
Please drive in carefully and keep in mind that the alley is also used by another business. At busy moments, cars may be parked nearby, so turning or stopping directly at the door may be inconvenient.
If access is blocked or difficult, please park nearby and bring the bike to the workshop by hand.
Costs and approval
A diagnosis fee may apply for the workshop intake. If a larger repair is needed, we will explain the expected work and costs first.
No larger repair is carried out without your approval.
