Use this form to exercise your legal right of withdrawal for an eligible consumer order. This form confirms receipt of your withdrawal request. It does not automatically approve a refund.

If the order has already been shipped, it may no longer be possible to stop the parcel. You may still withdraw within the legal withdrawal period. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or Vanmoofista sent the wrong item.
