Please book an appointment first. Vanmoofista works by appointment only. This keeps the workshop organised, avoids unnecessary waiting and makes sure there is enough time to look at your bike properly.
If your VanMoof needs diagnosis, repair, maintenance, battery work, error-code checking or mechanical work, the appointment page is the right place to start.
